I help companies evolve in the digital space with refined digital products and holistic services by exploring and designing for the value-creating spot, in which business, brand and users high five.
By putting emphasis on user needs and motivations, I seek to define and realize thoughtful digital strategies and differentiating UX.
In a learning phase we want to identify needs and frame challenges. We want to understand the target audience, their needs and motivations with your product or service, the current customer journey with all the touchpoints and channels. Likewise, we want to analyze and understand the business model, the digital and UX strategy and the competitors.
In a planning phase we want to provide some guidance for the upcoming steps. We might develop personas and draw out the desired customer journey or service blueprint. We might work on the channel strategy and create an UX strategy and product vision. Or perhaps we’ll adjust the existing business model by designing a new proposition. Most certainly we’ll end up with a guiding strategy.
In a design phase we want to explore, ideate, and generate many solutions… prototype the most promising ones, test them in the real world and repeat all that… well it’s an iterative process. I support you in that process by ideating, building the Information Architecture, developing UX Concepts based on state-of-the-art usability and behavioral design standards and prototyping.
In a testing phase we want to see how our solutions perform in the real world. This can mean to conduct usability tests with a detailed or mid-stage product or understanding the mental models of people with card soring and interviews. This could be early-stage business/product idea testing, as well. Testing can take place in every phase and I’ll support you from method selection to execution and evaluation.
