Experience Strategy & Architecture
in projects for

E-commerce, digital products, and platforms where business, brand, and users point in the same direction.
I create a profound basis for decisions: what gets built and how it creates impact—across markets. For more than 15 years, I take action for (User) Experience Strategy & Architecture, from discovery to go-live.

Four initiatives across e-commerce, platforms, and digital product development.
Relaunch of a B2C e-commerce and service platform focused on conversion and brand impact. It began with a UX strategy and Experience Principles that shifted the scope: what started as a store relaunch became a platform that connects inspiration, purchase, and craft.

Role
Experience Lead, direct engagement

International relaunch of a B2C e-commerce and content platform for the UK pilot market. The work produced a choice architecture that brings content and commerce together. It included the journey for a new infant formula subscription model and gated-content logic that keeps content findable and leads to registration. The UK framework became the basis for the rollout in the core market, Germany.

New development of a cloud-based health-tech platform in a multi-user context—with very different workflows, large volumes of data, and regulatory requirements. The work covered navigation and a complex search for patient data, plus contributions to ZEISS Collaborative Care. Today the platform is available in several world regions and is the foundation for several digital applications.

For the German market, the customer journey wasn’t optimized but redefined from the ground up—and carried into the existing ecosystem of website, app, and email. It was built on a cross-channel experience vision that set the priorities for the following phases. The result is a shared journey logic across all channels, with solutions for accessibility, activation, and personalization built on top and validated through user testing.

Alongside classic interfaces, intelligent systems, assistants, and automated decision processes are on the rise. I bring AI in where it genuinely improves the experience—and say so where it only shifts effort.
Concept development for interactions with intelligent systems, from assistant features to AI-assisted decision processes.
Integrating AI features into platforms, services, and customer journeys that have grown over time.
A brief usually describes a solution. It only works once it’s clear which decision sits behind it. That’s why my work starts with a diagnosis.

For more than 15 years, I’ve led Experience Strategy & Architecture—from discovery to go-live—where growth companies and ambitious brands need clarity and direction. My work covers digital products, platforms, and e-commerce systems whose markets, channels, and user groups must come together in one coherent experience, so business, brand, and users point in the same direction.
My contribution starts before the solution. Diagnostic depth leads to clear target pictures, a reliable basis for decisions, and experiences that work and scale in implementation. I work independently, with direct senior access—nothing lost in translation, accountability through substance.
I stay hands-on in architecture, concepts, and design systems, and I stay on through handover and quality assurance until go-live. Implementation isn’t a downstream step; it’s where strategy proves itself.
Increasingly, I ask where AI genuinely improves an experience—and where it only shifts effort. Not as a tool promise, but as a judgment call.
